Associate Professor IV in the Department of Social Sciences and the Graduate Program in Sociology at UFC. CNPq Productivity Researcher – Level 2. Researcher and Scientific Coordinator of the Laboratory for the Study of Violence – LEV. Member of the “Citizenship, Violence, and State Agents” Committee of the Brazilian Anthropology Association (ABA). Researcher at the Center for Anthropology of Politics (NUAP). Researcher at INCT-CNPq “Violence, Power, and Public Security,” CAPES-PRINT “Water Resource Resilience in a Changing World: Climate and Society,” and the Chief Scientist Program – Science and Innovation in Public Policy – FUNCAP in the project “Risk Management, Allocation, and Operation of the Water Resources System.” Professor and member of the NDE (National Education and Training Center) of the Indigenous Bachelor’s Degrees accredited by UFC: KUABA and PITAKAJÁ. Her research focuses on the following topics: Violence; Crime; Illegal Markets; Conflicts and Governance of Water Resources; and Anthropology of Performance.
